Roble Viejo 8 Years Extra Añejo Rum

The best reserves from 8 to 12 Years are blended to create a Rum that is round, balanced and surprisingly fresh.

 

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Medium amber color, transparent and shiny. Medium high density demonstrated by thin “legs” with slow movement sliding down the glass’s walls.

Nose: Aromas of brown sugar and molasses, burnt sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, nuts and smoked wood.

Palate: Notes of caramel, vanilla and nuts, balanced tannins provided by the toasted casks, elegant, balanced and persistent body, significant minerality and moderate acidity.

Finish: Long and surprisingly fresh finish.

 

Ron Roble Viejo Extra Añejo is a moderately dry very smooth Rum, excellent alone or as the star in luxury cocktails.
